Standard Configuration
This press uses the automatic program operation and photoelectric logic system control.

•  The eccentric up-swing type paper gripper mechanism uses the conjugate cam and constant force device, for ensuring the stable, accurate and reliable sheet transferring.

•  The pressure regulating of the inking form rollers and damping form rollers uses the worm wheel and worm eccentric structure, the regulating range is large, and the operation is convenient.

•  Major parts are made of stainless steel and high quality cast iron, with high strength, good rigidity; teeth of transmission gears are machined by fine grinding after the high frequency quenching, with high accuracy and long servicing life.

•  Cams on the machine are designed by the computer optimization and manufactured by the numerical machining, with reasonable cam profile, high machining accuracy, stable running of the mechanism and low noise.

•  There are the point fixing, timing, quantitative , automatic centralized lubrication system set up on the press.

•  The magnetic induction (rod spring)approach switch is used, the servicing life is long.

•  The interference (fault) diagnosis display is equipped with, being advantageous to search the interference source and overcome it in time.

•  The ink output volume of the ink fountain implements the stepless regulation, the operation is very easy.

•  The water fountain roller uses the individual motor for the driving, the regulation of water output volume is convenient, and the water-ink balance is easily reached.
